Duplex Rear Printing for Employee ID Cards
We are pleased to introduce Duplex Rear Printing, a new capability that allows you to automatically generate a second page for employee ID card PDFs, making it seamless to include standard terms, company contact info, or compliance notices on the reverse side.
What's New?
- Dual-Page PDF Generation:
When enabled, QualCheck outputs a structured second page alongside the front of the ID card, perfectly formatted for automatic double-sided printing on duplex-enabled hardware. - Rich Text Customization:
Utilize a built-in formatting editor to style and structure your static terms and conditions or policy text without needing external tools. - Flexible Toggle Options:
If your organization produces cards off-site or uses single-sided printers, the rear page feature can be easily switched off to include only the front of the card in the PDF export.
Where to Find It?
This setting is managed by Account Owners and can be configured by navigating to the Settings Page and selecting the ID Card Configuration tab.
