"Run a Course" Bulk Assignments
Managing team compliance just got a lot faster. We are excited to introduce the Run a Course module, designed to let you assign a single qualification to multiple employees simultaneously - saving you from tedious back-and-forth profile updates.
How it works:
- Access the Module: Head over to the Employee page and click the new Run a Course button.
- Enter Course Details: Fill in the qualification details from scratch, or save time by selecting a pre-configured template from your Courses template.
- Smart Date Calculation: Set the date of the course, and if it has a pre-set validity period (e.g., 1 or 3 years), the expiry date is automatically calculated for you. Need to log a past course? Just change the issue date, and the expiry date will instantly recalculate.
- Select Attendees: Select all the employees who attended the training.
- Assign instantly: Click ASSIGN QUALIFICATION, and the system will instantly update every selected employee's profile with their new qualification.
? Pro-Tip: Need to attach individual certificates? Once the bulk assignment is complete, you can jump into any individual employee profile page to upload their specific certificate file at any time.
